Paper method and evidence¶
Joint RL couples domains; merging parameters or off-policy tuning can lose capabilities. Train specialists independently, then mix dense teacher signals only on student rollouts so domains can evolve in parallel.

Reported results¶
Qwen3-30B-A3B beats Mix-RL, Cascade RL, off-policy FT and merging. Applied to MiMo-V2-Flash post-training; no production A/B.
Local reproduction¶
Four reward-axis teachers mix according to per-example domain evidence within student support. Arithmetic candidates, 120 steps, seed 42: 0.2344→0.3438 (+46.67%) with diagnostic fields. Metrics. A public deterministic mini-suite verifies state updates at matched budget, not paper LLMs, multi-GPU RL, private environments or complete benchmarks.
